She is currently the Director of the Analytics Consulting space at Bridgei2i. She also leads the company’s product strategy and GTM apart from handling sales and account management for financial services clients in India. In her previous role, she was the head of research and insights at Avendus Capital.
Shefali has worked as a strategy and operations consultant with a focus on solving business problems through a combination of process-audits and data analysis. She has helped several start-up business owners in defining growth strategy based on market and competitive landscape study and analysis of financial and operational data. In addition, she has helped her clients in evaluating investment options as needed.
She has also worked on defining analytics strategies and implementation in large organizations such as HP and GE. During her tenure at HP, she defined the strategic roadmap for the Analytics R&D Hub, working closely with HP Labs. She led a specialized team of mathematicians and statisticians chartered with developing prototypes across advanced text-mining, CRM, and supply chain modeling. At Genpact, she worked on the database marketing strategy for GE’s insurance business. Her areas of work included segmentation, scenario analytics, predictive modeling, reporting, and automation projects.
Shefali is a graduate in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
