Nidhi Pratapneni is a Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo India and heads their Knowledge Services organization. Nidhi grew up in India and moved across multiple cities, built her early career in the US, witnessed the dotcom boom and bust and the sub-prime crisis at close quarters.
She has had varied career experiences over a span of 20 years and has played roles spanning operations, strategy and talent development in the retail and analytics domains. She has a passion for driving customer-centricity in all her initiatives, be it the end customer for the business or the internal stakeholder/customer within the organization.
Nidhi began her career with McKinsey & Co. in India, then moving on to Chemoil, Personify and Safeway in California, USA. Once she moved back to India, her retail and consulting background paved a path to leadership of the team dedicated to Tesco International at dunnhumby in Gurgaon. During her years at Dell, she led the customer service analytics team, as well as a global team of social media specialists focused on enhancing customer resolution and experience via social channels. Her most recent engagement, prior to joining Wells Fargo, was as head of HR for Antuit, a Goldman Sachs backed start-up in the analytics space.
She is an alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and IIM, Calcutta.
